Terms of Service

1. General

a) These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Matrix VPN application, website domains, and related services ("Services"), owned and operated by LZ6 PTY LTD, an Australian registered company (ACN 671 916 402), with its registered office in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia ("Matrix VPN," "we," "our," or "us").

b) These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between you and Matrix VPN. By registering, installing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in the Services—including software, design, graphics, text, logos, button icons, page layouts, images, and all intellectual property (registered or unregistered)—are owned by or licensed to Matrix VPN. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. All other rights are reserved.

3. Software License and Updates

You may install, use, and run the Matrix VPN software on supported devices under your account. We may replace, modify, or update the software (bug fixes, new features, new versions) to improve the Services. By using the Services, you consent to such updates.

4. Account Registration, Security, and Disputes

• You may use Matrix VPN without creating an account. If you choose to register, we may collect your email address and/or mobile phone number solely for account verification, management, and subscription recovery.
• Register only through official Matrix VPN channels.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activities under your account.
• Account transfer, sale, or rental is prohibited.
• In account disputes, Matrix VPN may determine ownership based on registration information; incomplete or false information may result in suspension.
• You may request account deletion at any time via support@lz6.world; deleted accounts and data cannot be recovered.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

1. modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the software;
2. attempt to determine the source code, algorithms, or methods;
3. use the Services to send spam, conduct port scans, probe networks, abuse third-party services, or engage in high-volume automated activity that disrupts the network;
4. host or distribute content that infringes third-party intellectual property or violates law;
5. cause harm to the stability/security of the Service or other users' experience.

6. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Services is legal in your jurisdiction. The Services are not intended for use where VPN usage is prohibited by law.

7. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, and Refunds

• Subscription plans and pricing are shown in the app or on our site.
• Purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to their respective cancellation and refund policies.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the renewal date. You may manage or cancel auto-renewal in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Matrix VPN does not process direct refunds for platform purchases.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Availability, speed, and quality may vary due to factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee the Services will meet your needs or be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

No Activity Logging: We do not log browsing history, traffic data, DNS queries, or personal communications. Minimal logs of server access attempts are kept solely for troubleshooting and service improvement.

9. Third-Party Services

Matrix VPN may integrate third-party services such as analytics tools (e.g., Google Firebase) and payment processors (Apple and Google in-app purchases). These services operate under their own privacy policies and may collect non-personally identifiable information as required to provide their functionality.

10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matrix VPN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. You agree to indemnify and hold Matrix VPN harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

11. Minors' Use

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately. Parents or guardians who believe their child has submitted such information can contact support@lz6.world for removal.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app or our website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
